In recent years, we have continuously researched how to improve and simplify the fitting methods for our bridge decking planks. We have developed a total of 12 fitting methods, all of which are DIBt-certified under no. Z-10.9-655.

– These fitting methods must be used to ensure safe and durable fitting of the bridge decking elements.
– Depending on the nature of the project, beam clips, metal plates, PE inserts, steel angle profiles, GRP angle profiles, etc. are available.
– Our bridge specialists also design suitable and safe solutions for securely fitting the bridge decking planks in exceptional situations.

We will be delighted to discuss the possibilities for your specific situation with you. If you send us your drawing in advance, our bridge specialists will provide reliable and fast advice.

EPDM rubber protector

We always advise the use of EPDM rubber, 1.2 mm thick, which is fitted between the bridge decking planks and the supports. The rubber protects the support structure and reduces contact noise.
EPDM rubber is used for new bridges and bridge refurbishment projects.
When fitting, we advise you to carefully follow the instructions to ensure reliable and safe assembly of the bridge.
